External Evaluation of Corporate Governance

An external evaluation of OMV’s compliance with the provisions of the ACCG is performed biennially. For 2018, OMV engaged Mathias Ettel of the law firm Berger Ettel Rechtsanwälte. The official questionnaire of the Austrian Working Group for Corporate Governance was used for the evaluation, and the result was that OMV is in full compliance with the Austrian Corporate Governance Code including all non-compulsory recommendations.
